– Generally the bedrooms are larger and more spacious. – Generally bedrooms have air conditioning, study desks and TV/DVD players. – The properties are large and spacious with more lounge & relaxation areas (e.g lounge rooms, dining room and outdoor decks) – Share with a smaller number of people. – Some rooms feature own bathroom facilities.
