No, they are not the same. They may use the same terminology “service catalog”, but their functions are different. OTech service catalog is a list of billable OTech services with prices associated with them. This list is on our OTech Internet and available for OCIO/OTech customers to purchase our services. On the other hand, the OCIO ITSM SRMS Service Catalog is used by OCIO/OTech customers to request non-billable OTech services such as creating an incident, resetting passwords, mainframe jobs, and certain network requests. There is no cost associated with ordering services from the OCIO ITSM SRMS Service Catalog.
