What is the difference between organic cotton and natural cotton?
For a crop to be certified organic, it is required to be grown without use of toxins, fertilizers and synthetic pesticides. Natural cotton may be grown in a manner consistent with modern commercial farming techniques. However, both natural and organic cotton products are unaltered upon harvesting. Neither is treated with chemicals, bleach or dye in the manufacturing process.
