There are many different types of Oolong tea. Premium Oolong tea is the weight loss tea because of where and how it is grown. It is rare, which makes it a coveted tea. Grown high in the Wu Yi Mountains, in the Fujian Province of China, Premium Oolong tea was created by a man known, according to legend, as Wu Long, by hand picking, and naturally fermenting the tea.
