What is the difference between one-line and multi-line lists?
The multi-line view is the default format. In a multi-line view, the data “wraps” around so that all the data will appear on your screen and a printed report. In a one-line view, each field of data appears in its own column. If you select many fields, the columns will not all fit on your screen or on a printout.
