What is the difference between off-street and on-street parking?
“Off-street” parking pertains to the guest or overflow parking spaces located throughout the community. These spaces are clearly demarcated with white lines. On the other hand, “on-street” refers to vehicles parked anywhere on a Heritage Park street. Such vehicles partially block access to on-coming traffic and are considered to be hazards to emergency and fire vehicles by the City of Winter Springs.
