What is the difference between Nursing degree and diploma?
Sure when you say someone has a nursing diploma it would mean that it was an associate course like a two-year pre-nursing courses and not the main ingredient yet, while when you say it is a complete four year old degree, when you have the nursing degree then you are fully trained not only theoretically but also practically since you have to undergo hospital actual training which you will really work as a nurse to nurse and help people medically, and either you go for a day shift or a night shift…
