What is the difference between non-reporting (Level I) and reporting (Level II) probation?
Level I (Community Control) individuals may be subject to the same restrictions as Level II, however if you are on Level I you are not required to make regular appointments with a Probation Officer. Level II probationers are required to keep contact with their Probation Officers on a regular basis. All probationers, whether Level I or Level II, are still subject to the specific terms of their sentencing.
