What is the difference between Nintendo DS and Nintendo DS Lite systems?
The Nintendo DS Lite is a slimmer, brighter, and more lightweight redesign of the Nintendo DS. The Nintendo DS Lite is 21% lighter than the Nintendo DS, 42% smaller than in volume than the Nintendo DS. The Nintendo DS Lite features an extended battery pack that last twice as long, and redesigned LCD screens that are brighter and more durable than the Nintendo DS, with four levels of brightness. The Nintendo DS Lite features a new external extension connection, rendering it incompatible to accessories for the Game Boy Advance EXT2 port (power cords and headphone adapters).
