NHB:- 1. Integrated project approach with 20% subsidy for all components limited to Rs. 25.00 lakhs per project. 2. Bank loan for all project is necessary 3. All proposals are project based. 4. Project costing up to Rs. 10.00 lakhs sanctioned at state level. 5. Cost per unit for plantation is at higher side e.g. for fruit crops, ranges from 1.00 lakh to Rs. 3.20 lakhs, for protected cultivation it ranges from Rs. 40.00 lakhs to Rs. 61.00 lakh/acre. 6. Purchase of land is eligible for subsidy. NHM:- 1. Subsidy limit ranges from 25% to 100% for different components 2. For pack house component upper limit for subsidy is Rs. 62,500/-. 3. Bank loan is compulsory for credit linked proposals only. 4. Rejuvenation of old orchards is included. 5. HRD is included as an important component. 6. Maximum project based and credit linked proposals are sanctioned at GOI level.
