What is the difference between new, mint and used?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we take care to properly describe all of our listings. Items described as “new” are brand new and have never been used. On rare occasions, new items may have been removed from their box for inspection or to photograph. “Mint” items have been used for display only (usually by a consultant who sells PartyLite products), have been inspected and are in “like new” condition. Items marked “used” have been gently used, but careful inspection shows signs of wear. Do not shy away from our “used” items, though! The evidence of wear is often not noticeable when the item is in use. If you have questions about any listing, please feel free to ask!
