Acetic cure (acid release when curing) – has superior bonding to surfaces such as ceramic tiles or glass and cannot be used on soft metals such as zinc and copper, as the acidic composition causes corrosion. Neutral cure (methyl ethyl ketoxime release when curing) – is suitable for most surfaces including metal, and will not cause corrosion.
