What is the difference between netYAK and other similar services?
netYAK is real time human voice communications requiring no new equipment, no up front fees, and activation of the netYAK service with only one “mouse” click. Other interactive services make claims of human interaction but they are actually only a “chat” service. “Chat” services require full time personnel to monitor and reply to the users “chat”. With netYAK the user talks directly to the merchant and the merchant only has to answer the telephone – requiring no change in the way the merchant does business. Interactive voice services can be qualified into “call back services” or “real time voice services”. A “call back service” requires the user to click on a “voice button”, type in his or her own telephone number, and wait for the merchant to call the users telephone number.
