MassHealth is the Medicaid program in Massachusetts that pays part or all of health care insurance costs for people who qualify. Network Health is one of five health plans you can choose from when you are accepted to MassHealth. Network Health offers all the MassHealth benefits plus additional free and discounted benefits. You must be eligible for MassHealth to join Network Health.
