What is the difference between nationally accreditation and certification?

0

Professional Career Development Institute is nationally accredited by the Distance Education and Training Council, which is a nationally recognized accrediting agency for correspondence schools and is listed with the U.S. Department of Education. Our accreditation means that we are recognized as maintaining those standards requisite for graduates to gain admission to other reputable institutions of higher learning or to achieve credentials for professional practice. Certification may be a requirement of your city or state. Before working in your profession, your state may require that you have a license and/or meet preliminary requirements, including taking a certification or license exam. Our school does not give these exams. Please check with your local regulatory agency for complete information.
