What is the difference between myCATS and PAWS?
myCATS is simply a portal that gives you access to a lot of different information. When you sign into myCATS you will see campus announcements, headline news, weather, etc. Think of it as “one stop shopping”. From the myCATS page you can access other sites such as PAWS. PAWS is the records management and registration system we use at GCSU. You can select “PAWS” from the myCATS portal menu, or you can go directly into PAWS on the net by typing in paws.gcsu.edu.
