What is the difference between my PID number and my PIN number?
• Your PID is your UNC OneCard Personal Identification Number. If you do not have a UNC OneCard, but have a library borrower’s card, your PID is your library card number. Your PIN is a 4 digit number used, along with your PID to login to MyLibrary. If it is your first time logging in to MyLibrary, enter any 4 digits at the PIN prompt on this screen. Once you hit submit, you will be asked to reset your PIN to any 4 digit number. Type in the PIN you just entered in the first blank and the same (or a new) PIN in the second blank and hit submit, and your PIN will be set to the last PIN you entered.
