What is the difference between my Nutrition Journal and my Meal Plans?
Healthy Living Meal Plans are designed to allow you to make changes and substitutions within the framework of an overall heart healthy diet. Because of this, certain protections are built into its framework (e.g., portion sizes, food choices). Recognizing that members are likely to stray from even the best of plans from time to time, Healthy Living also offers the Nutrition Journal. In your Nutrition Journal, there are no limitations or protections. It is designed to allow you to track what you actually eat each day (as opposed to what you planned to eat — your Meal Plans).
