What is the difference between my house and a guild hall?
While player housing can be owned by anyone and shared by multiple people, a guild hall must be purchased by an established guild. Guild halls offer many amenities that player-owned homes can’t, however there are also benefits that player homes offer which aren’t available in guild halls. For example, players can’t sell items from a guild hall. But in a guild hall, a guild can buy amenities like Collection Binders, Achievement Counselors, Guild Cloak Designer, Mender Hireling, and many more conveniences.
