What is the difference between multi-tenant insurance and landlord insurance?
A landlord does not necessarily rent out homes to many tenants. A landlord could simply lease out one home at a time, or have several different properties that only house one family each. A multi-tenant insurance policy protects a landlord of a large complex who leases homes to many tenants on the same property.
