That said, I strongly recommend that you not buy Office at all. It’s way overpriced and unnecessary. You can download Open Office for free; it’s extremely compatible with Office documents, and its functions are virtually identical. I recently installed it, and although I’ve never used it before and haven’t had any training with it, I can use the “Calc” program exactly as if it were Excel, and “Writer” works exactly like Word.
