MMS Roaming refers to the sending or receiving of MMS while you are in an overseas destination and logged on to an overseas operator that supports MMS Roaming Service on your StarHub Mobile service. Global MMS refers to the sending of MMS to an international number, e.g. to a friend in Hong Kong who is using a Hong Kong mobile service provider which supports in receiving the MMS sent from StarHub Mobile service.
