For KLE-175GT, KLE-150GT, and KLE-235D machines, 120 degrees F is the minimum water temperature required to comply with NSF standards. However, 140 degree F is recommended because it helps to overcome ambient temperature loss and produces better cleaning results. This also applies to the KLE-112H/L when operating in the “low temp” mode.
