What is the difference between mild depression and severe depression?

0

Mild depression means that you aren’t moping. You can still cry and you don’t think about suicide as the only option. Severe depression means you can’t stop thinking about how worthless your life is, you don’t cry because everything is the same and you try suiciding or think about it and almost do it. With both you don’t snap out of it.
