What is the difference between Mens Top Gun & Regular divisions?

Top Gun teams pay a separate entry fee and have to be at least 18 years old. The level of play in this division is college/semi-professional competition. The winner from each city earns the opportunity to go to the national tournament. The regular divisions are all other teams entered into the tournament (kids & adults).
