What is the difference between members and guests?
Members are the people in your group who are officially registered for your site. They can access virtually all parts of the site and can typically post information there, too. Their names appear in the Members list. Guests are people who can visit your site, even though they have not officially registered for your site. For the most part, they are only allowed to preview the information on your site; they cannot add information, such as documents and calendar events. The administrator of each site decides exactly which features guests are permitted to view.

This is to ensure your new WebOffice Administrator does not unwittingly compromise your sensitive information to guests, while still learning the ropes. Guest Access can be enabled at anytime.
