What is the difference between MemberName and Nickname?
The MemberName (sometimes known as UserName) is the name you choose to log on to the Community Message Board. It is usually the name you are known as in the Community.However, because our service provider is part of a larger database, there may be times when your MemberName is already taken.In this instance, we offer you the option of using a Nickname. For example, if your MemberName is “JohnDoe” but it is taken, we recommend you revise your MemberName to a variation such as “JohnDoe123” (this will be the name you log in on) and make “JohnDoe” your Nickname. Your Nickname will be the moniker shown when you post and receive messages.
