What is the difference between Member vs Guest on Room Entry Pages?
Selecting the MEMBER radio button on the room entry pages forces Members to enter their correct login information. This is partly a diagnostic tool for support and to let users immediately know if they are entering their member information incorrectly. Remember USERNAMES/PASSWORDS are case sensitive and have no spaces. Selecting GUESTon the room entry pages allows guest access for non-members. – Updated: October 22, 2001 11.
