The Massachusetts Directory of Personal Care Assistants at Mass.gov/findpca has been developed by Rewarding Work Resources, Inc., a nonprofit organization that connects PCAs with elders and people with disabilities. Rewarding Work Resources developed RewardingWork.org, a web-based program currently operating in five states.
