Using Managed Exchange Web Access allows you to access your email, calendar, contacts etc through an Internet Explorer browser using a unique program called Outlook Web Access (OWA). OWA is a web browser version of Outlook which looks and feels almost exactly the same as the full software version of Microsoft Outlook. Managed Exchange PC & Web Access, on the other hand, includes a copy of the latest full software version of Microsoft Outlook (not Outlook Express) as a means of accessing your mailbox. Effectively, it is the same software tool that you are probably already using to access your POP3 mailbox. In the future, when a new version of Microsoft Outlook is available, you will be able to download a copy of this software as well as part of the PC & Web Access product.
