There are no differences in the functionality provided by Managed Exchange PC & Web Access and PC & Web Access Ultra. The only difference between these two types of mailboxes is that PC & Web Access Ultra provides an extra 100MB of storage space for mailbox content (ie. 200MB as opposed to the standard 100MB allocation offered by PC & Web Access). This makes PC & Web Access Ultra mailboxes ideal for users or companies that receive large files and attachments via email, as the larger mailbox storage contribution increases your company’s total monthly Managed Exchange storage allocation which can help to reduce your exposure to excess storage charges from month to month. Customers on PC & Web Access using greater than 149MB of storage may like to upgrade to PC & Web Access Ultra to help avoid excess storage charges.
