Supportive Housing is an alternate housing choice allowing seniors wishing and able to live independently in their own home. Supportive Housing is staffed 24/7 by a team of Personal Support Workers to assist with activities of daily living but professional services such as nursing, physiotherapy etc., occur on a visitation basis through the Community Care Access Centre.
