What is the difference between Locals Only and the Launch Regional Student Film Competition?
Both programs are only for Southern Oregon residents, entry fees are waived, and programs are offered to our audience for free, however the Launch is for K-12 and college students only, and films must be 5 minutes or under in length. Locals Only can be submitted by any age and films can be any length.
