The Lobby Concierge desk is in the main lobby building and can arrange dining reservations, exchange cash for “Disney Dollars” (and vice-versa), sell park admission tickets, rent (loan out) wheel chairs to French Quarter guests, and can answer a variety of questions regarding the Walt Disney World property. The Front Desk is also in the main lobby across from Lobby Concierge. The Front Desk is where you check in / check out.
