“Nodal Load Zone SPPs” and “Zonal MCPEs” will not be the same values as they are different solutions for different markets and each is described below: Nodal Load Zone SPPs are a weighted average of all Load Locational Marginal Prices (LMPs) of the associated Load Zone resulting from solution of the Nodal Security Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) engine. Zonal MCPEs are a solution for each zone every 15 minutes to dispatch balancing energy by zone by Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) portfolio.
