What is the difference between live webcasts and MCLE OnDemand™ programs?
Live webcasts, either through MCLE or our partner West LegalEdcenter (WLEC) are MCLE programs that are happening in real time. MCLE OnDemand™ programs are archived MCLE programs that you can listen to or watch whenever or wherever you choose, either as archived audio recordings in downloadable mp3 format or archived webcast programs. Unlike OnDemand™ programs, live webcasts allow online registrants to ask questions of the faculty by typing them into the chat box on the screen. In compliance with the mandatory CLE requirements of many jurisdictions, in addition to the opportunity to forward written questions to the faculty, live webcasts track a viewer’s attendance through the use of periodic attendance prompts. At the conclusion of the program, viewers are given the opportunity to fill out an evaluation form and then emailed a certificate of attendance,
