What is the difference between legacy support and VERITAS Technical Services?
A. With the introduction of Technical Services, VERITAS Technical Support Services introduced higher-end value-added services and expanded its support choices. Several new services include the executive sponsor program, logged cases reporting and follow-the-sun problem engineering, just to name a few. Technical Services also standardizes support choices worldwide, made available by several key technological investments to enable standardized service.
