What is the difference between LDL and HDL?

0

HDL is a “good” cholesterol chemical which carries cholesterol plaque away from the body arteries. It also Transports it to the liver so it can pass out of the body. LDL are bad because they carry cholesterol from the liver around the body which could cause a build up of plaque, this could eventually weaken the arteries and cause it to burst but then a blood clot forms, which causes different thrombosis diseases.
