What is the difference between Lady-Comp and Baby-Comp?
Lady-Comp is recommended for all women looking for a safe and reliable method of contraception. With the exception of the “special programming section to plan for a baby”, both devices are identical. If desired, this extra programming can be added in at a later point in time, meaning that a Lady-Comp can be upgraded to a Baby-Comp. Baby-Comp is equipped for universal family planning. “Universal” means that it can be used for both contraception (the intentional prevention of pregnancy) and conception (it offers assistance when conception proves difficult, as well as in family planning).
