What is the difference between Kates and 35 Maple Drive?
Kate’s is a boarding house located near the train tracks. Tess is a boarder. 35 Maple Drive, not used much anymore, was a dorm room used for the students at Alden University (which included Steffanie, Ally, and Casey ocassionally). Ally wanted to live there instead of Kate’s to prove her independance and to get otu from under her grandmother’s rule.
