What is the difference between ITCAP and ACE?
ACE (American Council on Education) evaluates vendor training and recommends the number of credits that colleges or universities could theoretically recognize for each course. However, even with ACE recommendations in hand, many tuition reimbursement programs still require employees to register at an accredited college, and then attempt to convince that college to accept the ACE credit recommendation. Credits earned through ITCAP, on the other hand, are actual academic college credits issued by one of the nation’s largest and most renowned public community colleges.
