What is the difference between IPL and Laser?
IPL means Intense Pulsed Light. Although IPL and Laser are both light sources, Laser uses a single coherent beam of light that goes to a specific depth in the skin while IPL uses a flash lamp system that is broad spectrum to reach multi wavelengths. The result is that IPL is more versatile to safely and effectively treat most skin and hair types including finer lighter hair that most lasers can’t touch.
