What is the difference between investments in Real Estate Programs offered by my Stock Broker / Financial Advisor and 4M Capital Partners Programs?
There are many differences beginning with the shear size of the Programs, Most REIT’s are considerably larger in Scope and Dollar amount, The Investor is much closer to each Project with 4M Capital Partners and possibly has the opportunity to participate in a project in other roles besides that of Investor; I.E.: Board of Advisors and/or locating a potential Project. Additionally, a major difference is how management is compensated. 4M Capital Partners Programs Management is compensated from the Net Profits Not from the Revenue of the Project. I.E.: No profit, No Compensation.
