What is the difference between input and output tvs?
Your TV is unlikely to have any kind of output. I haven’t seen a TV with an output in a long long time. This way you can’t say go video out from the TV to a recording device easily, you have to run the cable through the recording device. So if you want to record your Xbox 360, you run that directly into your computer, using the capture card. Or you get a splitter device. So you run the Xbox 360 into the splitter and then run one feed to your TV and the other to your capture card. I haven’t really looked into these, so not sure how easy it will be to find such, and might even require some use of an RF modulator in the mix. But I’d have to see what your capture card was to really flush out the more nitty gritty details.
