What is the difference between Individuals and Visits for the Report Individual Customers or Visits report parameter?
The Visits option instructs the report to include information about a customer for every day that they received a core service during the reporting period. The Individual Customers option requests that information about a customer should only be reported once regardless of how many actual visits the customer made.
