What is the difference between individual, single user and multiple viewers?
A. An individual, single user is one who will register and view the live video streaming on a personal computer – one user, one viewer. Continuing education is awarded to the one individual registered as a participant. The program is designed for viewing by one person and access is granted according to that principle. It is unlawful to share the URL with those who have not purchased a registration; our video stream hosting server tracks usage. It is, in all likelihood, outside your own organization’s Code of Conduct to knowingly share a URL with others, and would be a violation of your organization’s business ethics as required by Joint Commission standards. The multiple viewers option enables an organization to purchase the rights to “display” the live video streaming of the seminar/conference in a “conference” room (via one computer) where the designated number of participants can view and attend the program. Two or more viewers from an organization are considered “multiple viewers”
