they’re the same thing. The bit where you have to remember differences/similarities are between hypertext and hypermedia: Hypertext and hypermedia are similar but different in the sense that hypertext is just text while hypermedia encompasses everything (images, videos, texts etc) Both are interactive and link to other objects/things.
