Soothies primary component is glycerin, an all natural ingredient that moisturizes skin and absorbs liquid and moisture. Hydrogels’ primary ingredient is water. Typical hydrogels on the market contain 45-96% water. The secondary ingredients in hydrogels are man-made chemicals that can provide absorption and moisturizing qualities.
