What is the difference between HTML and PDF when viewing an ejournal article?
HTML tends to be easier to read on the screen than PDF and is quicker to load and print. It also enables and retains links to references. However, with HTML there is a danger that documents will not always fit well on the page and that graphics will not print. PDF has the advantage that the print and the screen versions will look identical.
