What is the difference between HomeSite and Allaires other visual tools?
HomeSite is used when developing general-purpose Web pages. While HomeSite does support a subset of the HomeSite Markup Language (CFML), HomeSite Studio is a better solution for producing HomeSite applications because it includes HomeSite-specific features such as a query builder, debugging, and much more. For Java development, HomeSite supports the full JSP tag library found in JRun, but JRun Studio provides additional functions such as a query builder and JSP/servlet debugging, which make it a more appropriate tool for building and testing dynamic server-side Java applications. And Kawa is geared toward Enterprise JavaBean (EJB) development.
